Umbria agriturismo in Umbertide

Casale degli Olmi farmhouse in Umbria is located in Umbertide, a panoramic location on the Upper Valley of the Tiber near Perugia and Tuscany and close to Niccone Valley, typical farm of the Umbrian countryside. Your holiday will be enhanced by our welcoming hospitality.

The house is divided into five comfortable flats, one of which is adapted for disabled access. Each flat is tastefully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, LED TV, Wi-Fi and central heating.

Two public rooms on the ground floor with fireplace, and two reserved play areas for children, are available to all our guests.

Outside you will find a beautiful garden with seats, a barbecue, a children’s playground and a chlorine-free swimming pool for adults and children. Pets are also welcome.

Casale degli Olmi is located in an interesting position to visit the most important medioeval towns of Umbria such as Gubbio, Assisi and Trasimeno Lake. There are many interesting places nearby which can be reached on foot or by mountain bike and just a few hundred metres away, the Tiber is a recognised international fishing competition site; there is also a slipway for kayaking.

In our farm you have possibility to buy our products like extra virgin olive oil and honey.

Cancellation policy

1 - All cancellation must be received in writing, by e-mail.
2 - If the holiday is canceled within 7 days from the due date, the deposit will be not refundabled, however will give you the opportunity to use it to stay with an amount equal to or higher than the one canceled to be spent in the Agriturismo in the following 3 months from the holiday cancelled, previous availability.
3 - For any cancellation within 6 days from the due date , the deposit will be kept by Casale degli Olmi.
4 - For any cancellation within 3 days from the due date , you will be required to pay in full for the holiday period booked.
5 - Shortening your stay , or a "no-show", will still require a full payment of the holiday booked.

Check-in after 17:00; check- out within 10:00.
